TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONESSI ME PIDES UN ENCARGO, ACEPTAS LOS SIGUIENTES TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
· Salvo para los diseños de personaje, es obligatorio aportar referencias visuales. Cualquier tipo de referencia sirve (arte, capturas de pantalla, etc)
· Me reservo el derecho de denegar un encargo por mis propios motivos.
· No trabajo con fechas. Dependiendo de la complejidad del encargo, te puedo dar una estimación de tiempo, pero ten en cuenta que puede variar. Podrás ver en todo momento el progreso del encargo y te mantendré informade de la situaciónPAGOS
· Todos los pagos se harán mediante Bizum o Paypal, que te enviaré una vez se acepte el encargo y empiece el procesoCANCELACIONES Y DEVOLUCIONES· Me reservo el derecho de cancelar un encargo en cualquier momento, en caso de que piense que no podemos seguir trabajando juntos. En este caso, recibirás una devolución acorde al trabajo que haya hecho.
· Puedes pedir una devolución, y te devolveré el porcentaje de la señal de acuerdo con el progreso del dibujo.
· NO SE ACEPTARÁN DEVOLUCIONES en caso de que el encargo esté terminado.DERECHOS DE IMAGEN
· Me guardo el copyright de mi arte, lo cual significa que puedo usarlo como vea necesario.
· Salvo que me pidas lo contrario, todos los encargos se considererán no confidenciales, y podré subir cualquier parte del proceso a mis redes sociales.
· Los encargos finalizados se subirán a mis redes sociales, con o sin un enlace a tus redes sociales, si así lo prefieres

Puedes mandarme un MD a Twitter o un email al correo de abajo del todo. Los pagos se harán exclusivamente por email. En el momento que se acepte el encargo, aparecerás en el Pipeline de Encargos en Trello y podrás ver el estado de tu encargo.PUEDO DIBUJAR· Human / Humanoid characters

· MechasPAGOSLos pagos se hacen en DOS partes:- Una señal del 40% tras la fase de bocetación
- Con el dibujo terminado, se paga el 60% restante.FASES DEL ENCARGO1º - Se realizan un set de bocetos, a elegir uno, y se discuten cambios y detalles.2º - Una vez concretados los detalles y el boceto final, se da la señal y empieza el proceso de dibujo.A partir de la segunda fase, todos los cambios de POSE o COMPOSICIÓN costarán entre 5 y 20 euros, dependiendo de la fase del proceso de dibujo [LINEART - COLORING - RENDERING] y la complejidad del cambio, pagados en el momento que se decida el cambio.3º Una vez terminado el dibujo, se hace el pago final.Si tienes alguna duda, no dudes en consultarme!

Commisions

· Excepting character designs, it is MANDATORY to have references for your commision. Eny reference works (art, screenshots, etc.)
· I reserve the right to cancel a commision for personal reasons.
· I don't work with deadlines. Depending of the complexity of the commision, i can give you a rough time estimate, but be wary that might change. You will be able to see the complete process and I'll update you on the progress at any moment you likePAYMENTS
· All payments will be done through PayPal or Bizum, which I'll send you once the commision is accepted and the process startedCANCELATIONS AND REFUNDS· I reserve the right to cancel a commision in any time, in case I think we can't work together anymore. In this case, you will receive a refund based on the progress of the work so far.
· You can ask for a refund, and I'll refund a percentage of the down payment based on the commision progress.
· NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCECTED ON FINISHED COMMISIONS.IMAGE RIGHTS
· I reserve copyright of my art, so I can use it as I see fit.
· Unless asked otherwise, all commisions will be assumed non confidential, and I will be able to post images of the progress to my social media.
· Finished commisions will be uploaded to my social media, with or without a link to your social media, if you would like it.
